Frank's Signs Inc. was founded by Frank Walsh on July 27, 1965. After attending the New Hampshire Technical School and learning the finer aspects of handlettering and screenprinting, Frank opened the doors to his business with 1 employee on Hanover Street. Jim Walsh joined the business in 1975 and learned the art of hand lettering from his father and older brother Dennis, and later purchased the business from his father in 1986. The business was moved to its present location in 1976 and a second floor was added to the building. The business has since added computer equipment and continues to grow in the field of computer aided, graphic design while still maintaining the ability to use the time honored methods of signmaking. Kevin Walsh joined the staff at Frank's Signs Inc. in 1997 thus becoming the third generation signmaker in this family of signmakers.
